The 2023-27 Strategic Plan

Moving All Learners Forward, Now and Into the Future!

The Board of Education and a Strategic Planning Steering Committee partnered with Hanover Research to develop a revised Mission, Vision, and Values along with new strategic priorities for the 2023 school year and beyond. The Strategic Plan serves as a roadmap for the District that focuses on providing the students of our community with a quality and tailored education.

The Moving 15 Forward Plan

The Moving 15 Forward Plan moves all learners forward through four main priorities, extends the work from our Portrait of a Graduate, aligns with our Moving 15 Forward Facilities Plan, and encompasses our overall vision to actively engage all learners to believe they can and will learn. District 15 has developed a new four-year strategic plan, building on the success of the 2019-23 plan.

  • Leverage community partnerships to enhance and accelerate student success
