Kelley Dettloff

Assistant Principal, Gray M. Sanborn Elementary School

Kelley Dettloff will join Gray M. Sanborn Elementary School as Assistant Principal on July 1, 2026. 

Ms. Dettloff currently serves as the Student Services Coordinator at Hunting Ridge Elementary School and brings a strong background in student services, collaboration, and instructional support. She has previously served as a Student Services Coordinator in District 15 at Kimball Hill and Willow Bend Elementary Schools, a Special Education Teacher and case manager at Lake Louise Elementary School, and a Program Assistant at Lincoln Elementary School. 

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Northeastern Illinois University
• Master’s Degree in Teaching Special Education (Learning Behavior Specialist) from National Louis University
• Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Northeastern Illinois University
• Director of Special Education Endorsement from North Central College (in progress)
