Central Road Elementary School

Central Road School is thrilled to announce the launch of various student clubs, enriching our school community with diverse activities. This evening, we would like to shine a spotlight on our Yoga and Wellness Club, a fantastic opportunity that is open to all students at CR this academic year.

Schedule for Yoga Club Participation:

•       Trimester 1: Open to 4th and 5th Graders

•       Trimester 2: Open to 2nd and 3rd Graders

•       Trimester 3: Open to Kindergarten and 1st Graders

The primary objective of the Yoga Club is to assist students in managing stress levels, enhancing their concentration, increasing their flexibility, and uplifting their overall energy. Participants will engage in a variety of activities centered around Social Emotional Learning (SEL), which include mindfulness exercises, reading materials, and interactive games designed to foster a sense of well-being.

Our dedicated Yoga and Wellness Club is led by Mrs. Fink and Mrs. Ackley, who are passionate about guiding students in their wellness journey. Additionally, we are pleased to have a few students from Central Road School join us this evening to share their experiences and insights from their participation in the club.  We look forward to an exciting year of growth and wellness through yoga!
