Hello Hunting Ridge Family! 

My name is Rizzie Ann Calderon and I am your school nurse. This is my third year in Hunting Ridge and I'm so happy! I graduated from Oak Point University (formerly Resurrection University) with my Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing in 2016. 

Before coming to HR, I knew that I wanted to be in the healthcare field since I was a little girl from the Philippines. I was a Certified Medical Assistant at a Primary Care office for 6 years. I then pursued my career and attended nursing school. After getting my registered nursing license, I worked in a Cardiology/Oncology/Pediatric Unit at Resurrection Hospital in Chicago for 3 years. 

I live in Elmwood Park with my husband, Marvin, and my 2 kids. My son, Parker, is 6 years old and my daughter, Marissa, is 3 years old. We recently got a puppy named Daisy. She’s a Great Pyrenees and she’s 10 months old but weighs 90 lbs!
