About Data Services

  • The Data Services department supports the multiple system configurations and connections linking students, parents, teachers, and staff within the twenty District 15 schools, the Educational Service Center, and our data partners.  

    This is accomplished across a number of different systems focusing on the following areas:

    • Student Information and Demographics

    • Student Fees and Online Payment

    • Student Registration and Enrollment system configuration

    • Grading, Scheduling, and Attendance Configuration and Reporting

    • Parent and Student Portal Management

    • Assessment Configuration with Partners and Result Reporting

    • Interaction with the Illinois State Board of Education

    • Staff Evaluations

    • Integration with external systems and vendors for specialized services such as Student Transportation, Student/Staff/Guardian Communication, Business Operations, Human Resources, Nutrition Services, Instructional programs, etc.

    • Data warehousing for advanced data analysis
