Welcome to the Plum Grove PTSA
The Plum Grovel PTSA (Parent Teacher Student Association) is a group of parents/guardians and staff which collaborate to develop programs and activities for the students of Plum Grove Junior High. Building these relationships help further enhance our students' experience at our school. The PTSA is wonderful way to get involved with the school and to give back to the school that gives our children so much.
What Exactly Does the PTSA Do?
The overall purpose of PTA is to make every child’s potential a reality by engaging and empowering families and communities to advocate for all children.
What does National PTA & Illinois PTA provide for Plum Grove & its Families?
They are an invaluable resource to our families providing Parent Eduction, Advocacy, Legislation, Programs and much more.

A note from the PTSA President
Welcome! We are excited to have you as part of our Plum Grove Charger family.
This is an unusual school year, but it doesn’t change our Vison and Misson. We encourage all families to join the PSTA to show your support for the school and, most importantly, your children. PTSAs play an important role in engaging families, teachers and children to develop healthy behaviors
When families are involved in their children’s learning both at home and at school, their children do better in school. Studies also point to specific types of involvement as being especially beneficial to children’s academic success.
You are joining a wonderful school with a reputation for academic excellence. As the PSTA, we sponsor new programs along with traditional favorites during the year. We invite you to learn more and stay connected through our website, email blast and Facebook Page.
Use the menu to the left to navigate through all that the Plum Grove PTSA has to offer and feel free to email me at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions, suggestions or idea!
Have a great school year!
