It's easy to become a member of the Sanborn PTA! Membership is $10 per parent and covers the entire year of events/activities the PTA manages and funds for our children and families!
You can become a member of the PTA is any of the following ways:
- Obtain a membership form at Sanborn, fill it out and drop it off at school/send in your child’s backpack in an envelope with PTA written on it (along with membership fees in cash, or checks made payable to: Sanborn PTA)
- Payments can also be made online at the Pay Online button below. Membership forms in both English and Spanish can be downloaded (below) and dropped off at Sanborn or sent in your child’s backpack. If you pay online, please write on the membership form: Paid Online.
