Summer 2020 Food Distribution Schedule
We know that many of our students are dependent on school meals for nourishment, and in the interest of ensuring this need continues to be met over the summer while District 15 schools are closed due to COVID19, we have established a schedule for food distribution in the community.
District 15 will deliver food to specific locations four days a week, Monday-Thursday , from June 1 through July 30, 2020 (except Thursday, July 2, in observance of the Independence Day holiday).
Lunch and breakfast for the following day will be distributed together. Meals will be provided FREE to any child (age 18 and under) at the pick-up location, regardless of financial need. Children do not need to be present.
Instructions for picking up food are as follows:
- Anyone age 18 and under may receive a FREE lunch and a FREE breakfast for the next day. They do not need to be a District 15 student.
- Parents can drive up or walk up to receive meals.
- In every location look for the District 15 bus for food delivery (*except where noted).
- Menus will be updated weekly and posted online along with any cooking instructions (if needed).
