Families with children enrolled in District 15 schools are invited to participate in a parent-student interactive education session, “Bullying and Peer Pressure.” The event will take place from 6:30 to 8 p.m. February 12, at Jane Addams School, 1020 E. Sayles Dr., Palatine.
Students in grades two through eight are invited to attend with their parents to learn together how to manage bullying and peer pressure. Presenters are Paul Budin, L.C.S.W., and Helen Suero, L.C.S.W., Jane Addams social workers.
Free childcare by District 15 staff members will be available for children under 7, and Spanish translation will be provided. Parents planning to attend are asked to call 847-963-5021 or 847-963-5019. |
