Green Eggs and Ham Mark Dr. Seuss’ Birthday

Students at several District 15 schools will be celebrating the birthday of popular children’s author Dr. Seuss on March 2. The district’s School Nutrition Services will serve breakfast and lunch of “Green Eggs and Ham”-just like that served in the Dr. Seuss book of the same name.
The colorful breakfast will be served at Central Road, Lake Louise, Gray M. Sanborn and Willow Bend schools, and lunch will be served at Kimball Hill, Thomas Jefferson and Winston Campus-Elementary schools.
To make the celebration even more fun for the students, School Nutrition Services will give away books and book store gift certificates.
