2006-07 District 15 Fees Set
The Board of Education of Community Consolidated School District 15 has set fees for the 2006-07 school year.
Student Fees Student fees for the coming school year will be:
Kindergarten—$60 Grades 1-6—$100 Grades 7-8—$110
These fees, which are charged to help defray book rental, material, and technology costs, are payable at the time of enrollment. Annual enrollment for current students is conducted by mail during the summer, and fees can be paid by mail. For new students, fees are payable at the time of enrollment. A late fee payment of $50 will be charged for fees not paid by October 1. There will be a $25 charge for returned checks.
Transportation Fees District 15 students who live more than 1-1/2 miles from the school they will attend are entitled to bus transportation at no charge. Bus transportation is available to other students on a paid basis to the extent that transportation services are available, except that no stops will be made less than one-half mile from a school building.
Transportation fees for the 2006-07 school year are:
On or before August 1 One child—$310 Two children—$410 Three or more children—$460
Payment in full must accompany the application for paid transportation. A non-refundable service charge of $50 will be added to all applications received after August 1. Questions should be directed to the Transportation Department at (847) 963-3900.
School Nutrition Services The cost of meals purchased through the district’s Nutrition Services program will be:
Elementary student lunch—$1.90 Junior high lunch—$2.00 Milk (1/2-pint carton)—35 cents Breakfast—$1.15
Other Fees Activity bus fees will be $50 per family per year. Interscholastic activities fees will be $60 per sport per year up to a maximum of $125 per student per year.
