Walk-in registration set for Wednesday, August 3 at all District 15 schools
Parents of students who have not registered for the 2005-06 school year should mark their calendars: walk-in registration at all Community Consolidated School District 15 schools is set for Wednesday, August 3, from 7:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 4 to 7 p.m.
To register a child, parents must bring their child’s birth certificate and Social Security number, two proofs of residency (driver’s license, gas bill, lease), and family doctor’s name and phone number.
Parents of students who have already been attending District 15 schools should have received enrollment information by mail. Re-registrations which have not yet been completed should be completed and returned immediately.
The first day of school will be Wednesday, August 24. Elementary schools will host “Meet the Teacher” on Tuesday, August 23. Times will be announced by individual schools.
School supply lists for each of the schools are available from the schools and also are posted on the District 15 website at www.ccsd15.net.
