District 15 Receives United Way Award
Community Consolidated School District 15 has been honored by the Northwest Suburban United Way. United Way president Mike Thompson presented the organization’s “Heart of the Community” Award to the district at the Board of Education meeting May 11.
District 15 was recognized because of its continuing commitment to the United Way mission: “To mobilize the caring and financial power of communities in order to impact the lives of people in need.” District 15 conducts an annual United Way campaign which employees have generously supported over the years.
