Plum Grove Sells Chocolate Roses to Aid Tsunami Victims
Who: Plum Grove Junior High School Student Council
What: Selling chocolate roses for students to send to other students (price—$1)
Where: Cafeteria, Plum Grove Junior High School, 2600 Plum Grove Rd., Rolling Meadows
When: Lunch periods (11 a.m. to 12:09 p.m.) Jan. 26, 27, 28
Why: To raise funds for tsunami relief
Details: All proceeds will be donated to the Rolling Meadows Rotary Club, which will match the total amount raised for a contribution to tsunami relief.
