PTA Groups Support Coat Closet in District 15 Schools
Families of children in District 15 schools who are in need of warm clothing are eligible to receive outerwear from the District 15 PTA Coat Closet.
Located at Gray M. Sanborn School, 101 N. Oak, Palatine, the coat closet includes a selection of winter coats, hats, gloves/mittens, snow pants, scarves, and boots in sizes ranging from infant and toddler to adult. The coat closet is open during normal school hours, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays.
PTA organizations in district schools solicit donations on an ongoing basis to replenish the available selection. Community members are welcome to participate by making donations of used outerwear (clean and in good repair) or new items. Donations may be brought during the school day to any District 15 school or directly to Gray M. Sanborn.
