District Fifteen Educational Foundation Plans Benefit

“Hearts of Gold” is the theme of the District Fifteen Educational Foundation’s third annual dinner dance and auction, a benefit for District 15 students.

The black tie optional event is set for 6 p.m. February  5, at Meridian Banquets, 1701 Algonquin Rd., Rolling Meadows. Activities will include both silent and live auctions featuring items and services donated by area businesses and individuals. Music students from District 15 will provide pre-dinner entertainment.

Tickets, at $75 per person, are available from the Foundation. Tickets must be purchased by January 24. For tickets or for more information, contact the Foundation at 847-963-3160. Sponsorship opportunities are also available.

A not-for-profit organization, District Fifteen Educational Foundation works to develop resources for programs and projects to enhance and supplement educational experiences for District 15 students not funded by the traditional tax-based educational system. Since its formation in 1989, the foundation has invested nearly $1.6 million to support District 15 students.
