2004-05 Kindergarten Registration Set for April 20
Spring kindergarten registration will be held Tuesday, April 20, at all District 15 elementary schools. Students registering for kindergarten must be five years old on or before Sept. 1, 2004.
To register, parents must bring their child’s birth certificate and Social Security number, two proofs of residency (for example, driver’s license, gas bill, lease) and family doctor’s name and phone number. Children must have a physical exam before the first day of school. A physical examination is valid as long as it is after Sept. 1, 2003.
Early registration assists the district in planning for the coming school year.
