District 15 Thanks School Social Workers
March 7-13 is “School Social Worker Week.” This is a week to recognize all Illinois School Social Workers for all their hard work. School social workers help people through tough time’s by providing services to children and their families who may be having social or emotional problems that are negatively impacting their school experience.
As our children, parents, teachers, and communities find their way through, the Illinois Association of School Social Workers (IASSW) and Community Consolidated School District 15 would like to thank all School Social Workers for a job well done. The quality services you provide to the students of District 15 do not go unnoticed. We are grateful for the enthusiasm and dedication you bring to your work throughout the school year. Your commitment to the district’s mission of producing world-class learners by building a connected learning community is evident in all you do. On behalf of the Board of Education and the entire School District 15 community, thank you for your dedication as a school social worker.
