Walter R. Sundling Seventh Grader Honored by the Illinois Junior Academy of Science
Walter R. Sundling seventh grader Kate Lamberta recently received a second place finish in the Illinois Junior Academy of Science State Science Fair. Kate's project, "Comparing Strength in Muscle Pairs" was also featured in the Illinois Chiropratic Newsletter.
Kate's project compared the strength of the quadriceps and hamstring muscle pairs. "I chose this project because of my interest in the Health Science field," said Kate. "I felt it was a topic I could research, understand and find clear variables, comparisons, and results."
Kate hopes to attend Notre Dame and study medicine.
