School District 15 Receives Magna Award
The Board of Education of Community Consolidated School District 15 has been awarded an honorable mention in the Magna Awards 2001, presented by the editors of American School Board Journal in cooperation with Sodexho Marriott Services.
The annual Magna Award program recognizes school boards across the country for excellence in developing innovative programs, setting standards for student performance, establishing strong accountability procedures and creating a climate for student success. School District 15 was recognized for the district’s continuous quality improvement program.
District 15 was one of just 20 Magna Awards entries selected by an independent panel of judges for honorable mention recognition from among nearly 300 entries submitted this year.
