The role of Frank C. Whiteley School is to provide a safe, caring environment where students can develop a sense of independent, responsibility, and self-confidence to enable them to achieve their fullest potential. It is a place where literacy is valued, and students are inspired to become life-long learners. Students are empowered to think critically and take risks in a nurturing environment. This school inspires enthusiam, commitment, pride, and a willingness to learn. Students and staff are willing to learn from others and challenge themselves as we move toward the 21st century.
