Gerald D. Chapman, Board President
Gerald Chapman is a senior educational consultant with Hazard, Young, Attea & Associates. He holds a doctorate in school administration from Indiana University, a master of arts in mathematics from Northwestern University, and a bachelor of science in education from Northern Illinois University. He and his wife, Linda, are the parents of two District 15 graduates.

Mark J. Bloom, Board Vice President
Mark Bloom has been a District 15 resident since 1996. He and his wife, Kerri, have two children who are students in District 15. He holds a bachelor's of business administration in accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Peggy Babcock
Peggy Babcock is a facilitator for the Make Today Count Cancer Support Group at Northwest Community Hospital, and also serves on the Patient Navigation Services (PNS) Task Force for the American Cancer Society. She is a trustee on the District Fifteen Educational Foundation. She and her husband, John, have one child who is a graduate from District 15 and is currently a student in District 211.

Richard L. Bokor
Richard Bokor, a 35-year District 15 resident, is an adjunct professor and student teacher supervisor for National-Louis University and an assessor of bilingual educators for the National Teacher Education Center. He holds a bachelor’s degree in secondary education from DePaul University, and a master’s degree in political science from Northeastern University. He and his wife, Ann, have three children who all graduated from District 15 and Fremd High School in Palatine.

James G. Ekeberg
Jim Ekeberg has a family medicine practice in Arlington Heights. Jim has
a BS from the University of Illinois and an MD from St. Louis University
School of Medicine. Jim, his wife Kathy and their four children are all proud
graduates of District 15 and Palatine High School.
